How do I create an API key?
Sign in and open API Keys from account settings. Create a key for your application, choose its access and spending limits, and keep the key on your server.
Why is a model unavailable?
Model availability depends on your API key and current service capacity. Check the Models API for your available models. The browsing catalog also includes dated 3srouter reference data.
Where can I see my balance and usage?
Sign in to view your balance in Credits and your requests, token usage, and costs in Activity.
How do I report a failed request?
Check Activity and the error guide using the request time, model, and returned error. Do not share your API key or private prompt content. For a temporary service error, try again shortly.
How can I use streaming?
Set stream to true in a chat completion request, or choose an available model in Chat.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to recover access to your account. If sign-in is temporarily unavailable, try again shortly. Never share your password or recovery code.
